PILGRIM CHURCH FACILITIES RENTAL POLICY
| Thanks to the commitment of its members over the years, Pilgrim Congregational Church is blessed with two exceptional facilities that may, on occasion, be rented for use by members of the public. |
| Monbleau Hall is a large gathering place (approximately 33' by 65') with a smooth tile floor, performance stage, and adjacent kitchen facilities. The kitchen is furnished with commercial refrigeration, cooking and dish washing equipment. The curtained stage is raised with some additional lighting. The hall has high ceilings and is well lighted. Available for use in the hall are large tables, card tables, chairs, audio/visual (A/V) equipment and an electric piano. The hall is suitable for meetings, fairs, auctions, dances, plays, concerts, recitals and many other activities requiring a large room. Total capacity is 170 persons. There is direct access from handicap parking via a ramp. |

| The Dorcas Room is a smaller, more intimate room (approximately 19' by 53') with a carpeted floor and adjacent small kitchen. Large tables, card tables, chairs and A/V equipment are also available. The room is suitable for card parties, lectures, coffees, receptions, discussion groups and other affairs of less than 81 persons. There is handicap access via a wheelchair lift from the sanctuary level. |

| The expenses involved in lighting, heating and maintenance make it necessary to charge a rental fee for the use of these rooms. Any rentals must be approved in advance by the Board of Trustees, and prospective users are encouraged to make arrangements well ahead of their proposed date.
